These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of services offered through it, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), and applicable EU consumer protection directives.

By accessing this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Sara Llopis is a flower essence practitioner and does not offer medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or treatment. Nothing on this website constitutes a medical diagnosis or prescription. Flower essence formulas, consultations and accompaniments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

You are encouraged to consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any complementary wellness practice, particularly if you are currently under medical or psychological treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website.

3. SERVICES — CONSULTATIONS & ACCOMPANIMENTS

3.1 Nature of the service By booking a consultation or accompaniment with Sara Llopis, you confirm that you have read and understood the nature of flower essence therapy as described on this website, and that you are not seeking medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment or advice.

Consultations and accompaniments are offered online only, in English and Spanish, via video call.

3.2 Right of withdrawal Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 calendar days of booking, provided the service has not yet been performed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at hello@thesubtlegarden.com within 14 calendar days of booking and before your session has taken place. A full refund will be processed within 14 days.

If you wish to schedule a session within 14 days of booking, you will be asked to provide your express consent to the service beginning within the statutory withdrawal period, confirming that you understand this means you waive your right of withdrawal once the session has taken place. This consent is recorded at the time of booking.

3.3 Cancellation & rescheduling policy Outside the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, all consultations and accompaniments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled session. Rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours notice will be considered individually at Sara's sole discretion. No refund is due in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Sara Llopis Nble reserves the right to reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours notice. In this case, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and copy — is the property of Sara Llopis trading as The Subtle Garden and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

5. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

This website uses third party services including Squarespace, Typeform, and Substack. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Subtle Garden is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third party platforms.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Spanish and EU law, Sara Llopis trading as The Subtle Garden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its services.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@thesubtlegarden.com and allow 30 days for us to attempt an amicable resolution.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Any disputes not resolved through the above shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with applicable Spanish law.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
