About Sara

WHO I AM

I'm Sara Llopis, born in Buenos Aires and shaped by the landscapes of Argentina, most deeply by the Valle Calchaquí in Salta, a high desert where desert flowers bloom against impossible aridity, and where my reverence for the natural world took root long before I had words for it.

I came to flower essences first as someone who needed them. At a moment in my life when I was looking for something that could meet me exactly as I was, they did. That experience of being held by a plant through something that had felt too heavy or too old to shift is what made me want to offer the same to others.

For more than twelve years I have been crafting personalised formulas and accompanying people through difficult seasons and quiet revolutions, watching something shift in ways that are hard to describe but impossible to miss. I now live and work in Barcelona, offering consultations and accompaniments online in English and Spanish.

My training has been deep and continuous, formed by the teachings of Eduardo Grecco, Jordi Cañellas, Saskia, Julian Barnard and Tristana Cebrián. I spent five years in Britain: the land where Bach discovered his remedies in the wildflowers growing along hedgerows and country paths. I walked that land, sat with those flowers in their natural habitat, made my own essences following his original methods. During those years I offered consultations and workshops at institutions including the Royal Academy of Arts in London.

My practice is rooted in the Bach remedies and extends into the California FES essences, the Orchids of America, and Saskia's system. The plants themselves remain my most constant teachers.

Come as you are. Whatever you are moving through, the garden has something for it.
